Training will begin soon for students who have signed up to volunteer in the library.
Oct. 2 was the final day to sign up for the RCMS library volunteering.
If you signed up you are not guaranteed a spot. You will get an email if you have been accepted and may participate in the training.
Volunteering consists of shelving and checking in books, creating displays and organizing. You can volunteer in the morning, afternoon or Panther Time.
The sign up required a reference — a signature from a teacher who thinks you’re hard working, responsible and dependable. Volunteering won’t be every day, it will be once a week.
