Two job fairs for teens happening in March

The Teen Job Fair, which will be held on two Saturdays in March in local high schools, is open to all Fairfax County teenagers who are interested in job-related activities such as building strong resumes, preparing for interviews, and finding career paths to follow.

The events will happen from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chantilly High School on March 2 and at West Springfield High School on March 9.

This fair is an opportunity for students looking for employment, volunteer opportunities, or tips on building their resume. These teens will be able to present their skills in front of employers who are interested in finding student employees to fill their positions. In the past, employers who have shown interest include Amazon, The UPS store, US Army, and many other local businesses.

The registration is cost-free and the form is open now on the Fairfax County website Teen Job Fair page. Wearing business casual attire is encouraged, as well as having a resume with you.
