The NFL is a huge sport that many people watch, and love. Through the course of the NFL there have big hits, hail mary passes, and laterals, some of those were even to win the game. There have also been some amazing catches and amazing comebacks.

Greatest NFL comeback in history!

One of the greatest comebacks was a playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and the Houston Oilers, when they played on January 3, 1993. It featured the Bills recovering from a 32-point deficit to win in overtime, 41 – 38, and as of February 2016 it remains the largest comeback in NFL history.          

 THE FIRST SUPERBOWL

This championship game, the Super Bowl, is one of the most watched broadcasts on American television each year. The first Super Bowl was held on January 15, 1967 and it featured the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Packers won the game  35 – 10.

There have been 55 players who have played in an NFL game in their 40’s. Forty one of them were quarterbacks, kickers and punters. Beyond the 1920’s, the oldest position player who wasn’t a QB, Kicker or Punter was 43 year – old Ray Brown, who played guard for the Washington Redskins in 2005. The cardinals had a winning drought in the postseason from 1948 to 1998. Steve Young is the only left-handed quarterback in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.The 2015 NFL season’s first three weeks had the most penalties ever.

In conclusion many things can happen in the NFL and many more things will happen like, who will win the next Super Bowl, will anyone break a record and will the pads and helmets improve to make hits not hurt as much. I know I can’t wait to see what will come in the future, what about you?
