Music trip to Busch Gardens
The annual music trip is just around the corner. The trip takes place on June 1 during the school day. Students in band, orchestra and chorus take a bus down to Williamsburg, VA.
This trip to Busch Gardens is one that brings tons of excitement to the students.
“It’s a time where I get to hang out with my friends, “ said Anya Parekh, eighth grade. “It’s a reward for our hard work throughout the year, and for our concert.”
The students who aren’t in an ensemble will still be participating in their usual classes.
“I wish I could go, but there isn’t really anything I can do about it, so I guess I’ll have to suffer through the whole day alone,” said Isabelle Chamberland, eighth grade.
“I’m so excited and I hope everything goes well,” said Anya.
Dominique is an eighth-grader at RCMS. She enjoys playing soccer, listening to music, and watching TV.
Lukas Hu is currently an eighth grader at Rachel Carson Middle School. He enjoys learning history, mathematics, and science. He also is a competitive swimmer...
