Author to visit Carson
On Thursday, Oct. 11, author Caitlin Alifirenka will visit Rachel Carson Middle School to give a presentation to the entire school.
Alifirenka is the author of the book “I Will Always Write Back,” the summer reading assignment here at Carson this past summer. She has also promised to sign books.
Books will be collected during Panther Time. Each class will have a box containing the books to be collected. Students should legibly write their names inside the front cover so the books may be returned. Books will be collected early the week of Oct. 11 during Panther Time.
