Padma Venkataraman, author of four books, is coming to RCMS on Oct. 9 to talk about her books. Around 300 students will be selected to attend.

This author has written “Climbing the Stairs” and “A Time to Dance.” She has also written “Island’s End” and “The Bridge Home”(her newest release).

“I think this presentation would be a good experience for people who like to read books,” says Reema Yaghi, a seventh-grader at Rachel Carson.
