Registration opens for 2023 Belize trip

Students are invited to register for an educational STEM tour to Belize in the summer of 2023.

The trip, organized by RCMS seventh grade science teacher Kristden Oliver, encourages students to “discover more about themselves.” It educates them about the world around them and teaches them about foreign culture. Furthermore, it helps students gain more confidence.

“These skills are critical for creating the global citizens of tomorrow,” Ms. Oliver states.

Although the tour will take place in the summer of 2023, registration is being offered now. “It gives them something to look forward to,” she says.

The trip is planned with educational travel partner, EF Tours. All students may register for the trip. However, spots are limited.

More information will be provided on Feb 24, when an interest-meeting describing the educational STEM Trip will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Benefits, academic credit, registration, itinerary, dates and more will all be discussed during the meeting.

If unable to attend, you may still obtain info by clicking the “No, But Send Info” button on the RSVP site. Parents may also attend the meeting.
